Beautiful colors

"The stick colors a beautiful but I noticed after applying the shadow stick, it doesn't dry quickly and smudges the liner. I was surprised as this typically isn't a problem with Tarte makeup. I was hoping I just got an off batch, but then i realized I couldn't return or just exchange it."
