"This is my favorite liner. I’ve been using it for years. The liquid comes it smooth and easy. The other side is also smooth and creamy. Both stay all day. My only slight complaint it that the crayon side normally runs out before the liquid for me. Also, before I used Tarte my eyeliners would bother my eyes because I have bad allergies. Tarte doesn’t bother my eyes at all."
