"I was skeptical of using this, I’ve never used a lash primer before but this completely changed my eyelashes life, it literally looks like I’m wearing falsies with how long it makes my lashes and how well it holds the curl! The Best! "Love this mascara primer. Enhances my eyelashes when using this plus the Tartlette tubing mascara. My favorite combo. Doesn’t clump. Tube broken and poor coverage "Initially, I really liked the tarte primer and mascara. However after using it a couple times it became more difficult to cover up all the white primer. The primer goes on white and no matter how many times I’d go over the base with the black mascara, I just couldn’t cover up very small sections or the tip of the lashes with black. Additionally, the small insert that scrapes the excess off the stick disconnected, so now it’s not even usable anyway." — Kylie O. (1/5)
