To use:
1. Using a mirror, place the open curler on bare lashes, getting as close to the base of the lashes as possible.
2. Gently squeeze the ergonomic purple handles gently near the root of the lashes and hold in place for a few seconds.
3. Gently release curler before pulling away to avoid pulling lashes.

WARNINGS
- Check the curler before each use and make certain that the top and bottom of the eyelash curler is aligned with the rubber pad.
- Do not reshape or bend the frame of the curler; using a damaged curler may cause injury to the eyes and lashes.
- Do not use this curler or any eye product if your eyes are injured, irritated or infected.
- Keep out of reach of children.
When to Replace:
For best product performance, replace the purple pad after 3 months of use or if the pad shows signs of damage. The picture perfect™ eyelash curler includes one replacement pad and additional replacement pads can be purchased on tarte.com. tarte recommends replacing the picture perfect™ eyelash curler with a new one after 6 months of use.

I just bought this eyelash curler and curled my eyelashes with it at 6:00am. It is now 9:30pm and my eyelashes look like i just curled them. The mascara is also great. It didnt clump and it lasted the entire day without flaking off. I will be purchasing the full version soon.

No better or worse than other eyelash curlers I've tried. I've always ended up with center lashes smashed this way and that and outer lashes left uncurled, and I get the same result using this curler. It hasn't made me a believer that lash curling is worth the effort. But if I wanted another curler, I'd go for this one again because I like the design -- the appearance and comfortable-grip handles. Also, I don't feel any pinching or discomfort when using it.

When I first got it, I was shocked by how awkward it was. Instead of rings to put your fingers through, you have to learn to balance them. Before I mastered using it, I ripped quite a few eyelashes out and it pinched me quite a bit. However, once I got used to it, it did wonders. Really opened my eyes and created a lovely curl that brought out the length of my lashes. All was well until the day it snapped. Maybe I was squeezing too hard, but the terror of almost ripping out all my eyelashes will prevent me from ever buying the Tarte curler ever again as much as I loved our time together. Now I'm using the Shu Uemura and I feel safer with it as it has better control over the pressure I apply.

The perfect pair and a must have for all! First off, the mascara is AMAZING! It goes on so smooth and makes my lashes look twice as full! Also lasts all day! The curler is also great! It doesn't stick to my lashes!

I love this eyelash curler! I've tried so many curlers out there and this is by far the best! The plastic lasts way over than expected, try 18 months, yeah! I love it so much i have three of them, one in my purse, at home, and in my travel bag!

This curler actually keeps your eyelashes curled all day, and doesn't make them look bent. This is not a curler that will feel like its pinching all your lashes out of your eyes like the cheap ones from a drug store.

Handles take some getting used to, but then are very easy. Comes with a replacement pad, which was unexpected and nice. Replacing it is simple and easy. This is awkwardly shaped a bit, so you have to tinker with it to fit your eye shape, you can pinch yourself so be careful. Once you have it down though, works beautifully and comes with a phenomenal mascara. When you finish mascara, clean and keep wand, best separator you'll find.
