Yes! If you’re located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it — no explanation needed.
To cancel, just contact our Customer Service team within 14 days after delivery and include your order number. You’ll be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, and items must be unopened, unused, and still sealed.
Because our products are cosmetics, we sadly can’t take back anything that’s been opened, swatched, tested, or unsealed (due to hygiene + safety rules).
Once we receive your eligible return at our warehouse and confirm they meet the eligibility requirements. We’ll refund:
- the full price paid for the item(s), and
- the standard shipping fee you originally paid at checkout (if applicable).
Please note: the cost of return shipping is not refunded, and items that arrive opened, used, or unsealed are not eligible for a refund.
