No smudges throughout the day, no melting off when I sweat, and it washes off with my normal oil makeup remover. Splashes Waterproof Mascara "I've used it for years, & works great but starts to run out pretty quickly, which is a newer development over the past year. I usually need to re-up every 2-3 months now, whereas before it lasted for like 4-5 months, so not sure if they changed the formula or what. The only thing that doesn't make my eyes itch! "I love this mascara—it’s the only one I’ll wear! I have fragile, fine lashes, and it’s incredibly gentle on them. Paired with a mineral eyeliner, it makes my eyes pop without ever looking fake, heavy, or overdone. I’m definitely a natural/neutral-look girlie, and minimal makeup fits my style. Most days, the only makeup I wear is this mascara and eyeliner. I love that I can pair it with a heavier liner when I want to look a little more made up, or keep things very natural and simply have darker, more defined lashes. It also doesn’t go on thick or clumpy like some mascaras that leave you with the dreaded “spider-leg” lashes. It gives me exactly the clean, natural definition I’m looking for. My only complaint is that it tends to dry out before I actually use it all. A tube usually lasts me about six months, which is certainly long enough—but I’m also the person who squeezes every last bit out of the toothpaste tube before throwing it away, so replacing mascara when I know there’s still some left always breaks my heart a little! That said, I appreciate that it isn’t loaded with a bunch of chemicals or preservatives just to extend its life. Tried and true "This is my go-to mascara for years. The original Lights, Camera, Lashes is great, but I absolutely love that the waterproof version stays on without fail until I choose to take it off. It seems to work best when fresh, so I enjoy getting travel size tubes when they're available. I haven't tried the maneater waterproof mascara yet to compare with this formula." — Erin (5/5)
