tarte cosmetics is seeking an experienced, full time In-house Photographer to produce creative & eye-catching content across a broad range of creative projects and campaigns. The role is responsible for photographing, curating, and producing innovative visual assets that will be used across e-commerce, social media platforms and more. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of visual storytelling to maintain the brand's identity across all photography assets.

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality images that reflect the brand's values, guidelines and messaging
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visual still life content that resonates with the target audience
• Be comfortable using overlays during the shooting process to ensure product images are consistent in shape and scale
• Utilize different compositions, techniques & settings to capture prop & product textures, colors & other macro details – specifically as it relates to fruits & cosmetic product bulk.

We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the Product Launch Assistant Manager position in a fast-paced, growing cosmetic company. In short, this position drives all aspects of the launch production process including supply chain, procurement of components, timely delivery of the finished good, and finalizing development details with cross functional teams and contract manufactures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage timelines and secures production schedules for new product launches
• Communicate any delays with production to cross functional NPD (Project Management) team
• Trouble shoot quality issues and concerns with cross functional teams and contract manufacturers while maintaining targeted timeline
• Works cross functionally with internal teams such as Product Development, Packaging, Demand Planning, Retail Operations, and NPD
• Develop product specifications for filler and conduct line trials at vendor location

The Retail Supply Chain Analyst will oversee the end-to-end life cycle of retail shipments, from allocated inventory to fulfillment. This candidate will be responsible for analyzing business trends, identifying opportunities to drive retail & net sales performance, and minimizing unproductive inventory. This candidate will be responsible for generating reports, analyzing data from multiple sources to forecast trends for new and existing products, and monitor retail sales and inventory levels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the life cycle of sales orders from forecast to fulfillment (On time shipping, EDI, order entry & booking, etc.). provide regular order status to Sales, Customer, and Management
• Coordinate with key business partners to monitor in-stock levels and execute the transfer of inventory across locations to optimize fulfillment, and mitigate chargebacks
• Key Liaison between retailer supply teams to improve inventory health, sell-in of core and promo items, and provide insight on retailer replenishment system and inventory management procedures
• Collaborate with the Demand Planning team by analyzing upcoming promo forecasts vs. historical data, identifying deviations, and aligning wholesale projections accordingly
