"BEWARE. This “lipgloss” applies like a Balm. Not shiny at all, not sticky, low pigment. I’ll also add not worth $27. for a gloss that is a BALM in disguise. Might as well buy yourself a chapstick at the drugstore. Tarte’s lip vinyls are wayyy better and Shinier. Miss Busy Gal SO Much!!! They missed the mark with these bad. ☹️"
