"I ordered, hoping it would help conceal the dark circles under my eyes. I’m 59 with medium to light skin with freckles and unfortunately, it does nothing to hide the dark circles and actually emphasizes the lines under my eyes making me look older. This is the second Tarte product. I’ve tried for as a concealer of dark circles and neither work."
