Tan color is really orange. Not for olive skin

"Not suited for olive skin tones. The formula feels fine. Nice and lightweight. Blends easily. Probably not best for my dry skin though. Since it looks like everything in this collection is orange / pink tinted Im nopt going to bother with an exchange. Having to pay $5 just to exchange or refund is crappy. I did have some luck adding blue pigment to the product to tone down the orange."

Looks great on skin - til it breaks it out

"My skin has been clear and blemish free for a few years so I was shocked when I used this and my skin broke out badly. Large painful lumps and numerous red splotches. I KNOW this product caused it because it is almost impossible to remove completely. I used makeup remover wipes followed by micellar water and water based cleansers and STILL had product on my skin the next morning when I used my bha exfoliant. Regret the money I wasted on this. Would not recommend or buy again. Am bummed I stuck with broken skin. Tarte should sell makeup removers, too."

"I like this product! Seems like they’re phasing out the Amazonian bb cream, which stressed me out, so I gave this a try and think it’s better! Color match is maybe the best I’ve ever found as a pale redhead, and the texture and consistency is very smooth and easy to work with. My only complaint is cost per size. Nearly $50 for a 1. something oz tube? Must be outside your minds in this economy, and yall aren’t that lux! That being said, it’s a good product :)"

This product isn’t specifically labeled non-comedogenic, it’s made with skin-loving ingredients designed to be gentle and nourishing for all skin types. If you have sensitive or reactive skin, we recommend doing a quick patch test first!
How is this product best applied? With a moist sculpted makeup sponge or with a dry one?
Hi there! This is totally your preference, the BB blur can be used with a damp or dry sponge.
i know this is formulated gluten-free. Is it also free from cross-contamination? I need both for it to be safe enough for me to try out.
I have Celiac Disease and Dermititis Herpetiformis (DH) and I have this product. I do not have any reactions when wearing it. I have been using it about 3-5 times per week (I don't wear makeup daily) and it has not caused me any problems. Hope this helps you!
Will it stay in place throughout the day if you do not apply powder on top?
Yes. You can wear it alone lol Ike a tinted moisturizer. It's my favorite fit everyday coverage and for under the eye brightness. You can also wear it under concealer and powder if you want.
