I bought this 11 months ago and forgot all about it! It's in my drawer unopened is it still safe to use?
Yes good unopened for up to two years. One year after opening.
will this help heal under eye circlea or puffiness?
Yes
Is this product good on sensitive skin?
Yes. I have very sensitive skin and have had no problems
Will.it work on deep dark circles?
Yes it has helped mine.
If I use this as a primer should I apply moisturizer as well?
I use this as a primer moisturizer and on my neck as I am super sensitive to most moisturizing products. Very little amount goes a long way. I hope one day Tarte will make a moisturizer with the same ingredients in a larger size.
