"I like this mascara, but it is not my favorite from Tarte. I wish I could do a 4 or 5. Sometimes I get a great outcome, but sometimes I get a clump effect and have trouble "thinning" out the application to add another coat. It seems to get thick or dry. This absolutely could be operator error. Since I get this product for travel, and it is not used every day, that could contribute to the appearance that it is thickening or drying out. This is a great size, and I get a great price, so when it does. . . . I just toss it and switch to a new one."
