Yes
Does this mimic natural hairs?
With practice this pen has the same effect of micro blading your brows. Crisp lines.
Can you make thin strokes with this?
Hi Yes absolutely.
Is this really smudge proof?
No it was not budge proof on me. It tended to migrate throughout the day. I love Tarte and I am a big fan of their shadows & mascaras but this is probably the worst brow pen I have ever tried...and I have tried like 50 over the last couple of years trying to find "the one".
where is the little spoolie brush located?
It's a separate piece but comes with the package!
