- pretty kitty: gently pull outward on outer eye corner to create a smooth surface, hold liner at a slight angle & trace along the upper lashline

It needs a new cap.
This is an amazing eyeliner. I have been wearing it for years; and it stays on. I got so excited about the kitty cap; however I have been through two of them now as the cap doesn't stay on in my makeup bag. They only lasted about a week. They ended up drying out. So disappointing. I wish they would go back to the old style cap it was purfect. ;) I'm not sure what else to try as I love that this was water proof.

If you’re looking for an eyeliner with a flexible tip for those pretty cat-eye edges, doesn’t pull on your lids, and delivers nicely pigmented lines… choose Maneater. I tried Sex Kitten because I wanted to see if the formula dried more matte, and found other items I didn’t love. The tip is very stiff, you have to constantly adjust the angle of the tip to get a steady distribution of color. I have oily skin and I didn’t think the eyeliner rubbed off super easy. Just wasn’t thrilled with this product and think tarte has better options available! (like the tarteist liquid liner needs to be a staple without the double head - tried it in store and it has crisp, precise lines and long wear!)

This liner is ok but not my first choice. I don’t usually do liner so I’m not completely qualified but I do know that it’s better than stilla. Personally I think that if you’re really going to splurge on a great eyeliner you should stick with the better than sex liquid liner by Too Faced, but this is still pretty good.

My go to liner for years
I've used this liner for years and gotten compliments about it several times. It's the easiest to apply and get a sharp wing with, I've found. My only issue is that once it starts to get a bit dry it gets increasingly difficult to use and starts skipping out.

Yes! Put this on and you can completely forget about it. No need to worry about it fading or transferring (a problem my eyelid often have). I have played college basketball in it, wore it all day and night and it only comes off when you want it to. It's the best eyeliner.

I use this regularly on my top lid and I often use it to make little dots along my lower lash line to make them appear fuller. I have no used this on my waterlines and I would not, though the dots i leave on my lower lash line are right at the edge of my waterline and it doesn't bleed in any way or smudge.

Personally I wouldn't use a liquid liner in the water line. I think this is more useful on the upper lid above the lash line. The sex kitten gel liner is awesome for the waterline though... Just my opinion ;-)

Not at all! It pretty much dries on contact, so if anything, you have to be really careful on your placement. The only time it can be rubbed off is if you've got moisturizer under it that's still kind of wet.

Unless you use it on your waterline (which i suggest the hard clay for) it will say in place quite well. It resists smudges too.

Yes, it's waterproof (at least until you go for a shower or wash your face), but it lasts really well against sweat and smaller water exposures.

Yes! It’s the easiest eyeliner I’ve ever bought. It’s got a pointy soft brush that glides on the liquid eye liner. No more sharpening clay eye liners. I seriously only use this eye liner. It saves me time and effort.

I didn't like this liner, the felt tip never had the right amount of product in it. It was either too dry, but then if you shake it, an excessive amount of liner goes into the tip and then there is way way way too much.

I rarely use eyeliner but this one is really easy to use. I have allergies and tend to get really dry eyes but I've never had any issues with the eyeliner causing any extra dryness or issues. Hope this helps!

This doesn’t smudge easily at all but you do need to let it set for a minute so it doesn’t go all over your eye. Maybe like 15 seconds and you’re good to go!

BEST ANSWER: It is not waterproof but I use this eyeliner nearly every day without having to reapply it. It glides on easily over all eye shadow. It is my go to eyeliner
