I love this sponge. I like how big it is, just make sure you saturate the whole thing in water or some parts expand while other parts stay the same. This makes the sponge contorted. Do you think that it is a little pricey, though.

Not impressed, better for cheaper
I mean it works, hasn't fallen apart but it warps weirdly when wet and doesn't compare to a beauty blender or even real techniques sponces which are much cheaper and work better in my opinion. This ender isn't terrible but any means, I just think there is better on the market and I would not buy this again.

I ordered this sponge with my Custom Kit and I'm so glad I did!It's a great size and I love using it to apply and blend my concealer. It's easy to clean and works very well. I do think it's a little overpriced, though, and I don't think I'd have purchased it outside of the custom kit.

Bevel the house down.
I highly recommend buying this sponge. Expands to a great size that makes any makeup application super easy, the beveled edge really helps when you need precision or for using with loose powder (which are the two main reasons why I bought it). The fact that it’s longer then most sponges (BB, Morphe, etc) makes it more user friendly and was a nice surprise.

Best way to wash the shaper sponge? (When I hand wish it with soap & water, squeezing it out it seems to loose shape. Ever fully poofed back up again.

I used micellar water to wash my sponge, then rinse with water and squeeze. My sponge doesn’t seem to lose shape though.

hi I use head and shoulders shampoo and add a little bit onto my sponge and massage it in using warm water. this method could also be used for makeup brushes. hope this helps!

BEST ANSWER: the shaper sponge is more angular and has a flat side, while Beautyblender is well rounded. The Shaper Sponge also blends more efficiently, and the end product is not streak-y at all or cake-y!

Honestly, they are very different. Beauty blender is definitely better with the way you can bounce it on your face, this one is a little too sturdy and not as flexible.

I use it both wet and dry. The difference between this one and beauty blender. Is that this sponge is a bit more dense. But still works great. I love it for also powdering my highlight areas which is where that flat shape helps a lot !

I think it is as good if not better than a beauty blender. You can use it wet or dry. Also the shape gives you more sides to choose from. The bb does not. I can do a whole face of makeup with just this one sponge!

It’s a sponge so it does absorb some of it but you can continue to press the product into your skin from the sponge - for any leftover you can wash the sponge.

Sponges absorb liquid. So yes it does absorb some makeup but I use the absorbed foundation that will come out with a light coverage for under my eyes. It works perfectly for me.

BEST ANSWER: Mine never broke up, I just replaced recently to have a fresh one. Over time it becomes a bit harder to get all the product out. Just be careful not to use your nails when cleaning.

BEST ANSWER: Soak in warm water. Use a mild bar or liquid soap. Gently massage it and rinse. Be careful to not use your nails when pushing the product out.

You can clean it by soaking it in warm water and massaging makeup brush soap into the blender.

BEST ANSWER: This sponge is MUCH better! It makes your skin look flawless while the brush makes your skin look blotchy and streaky. I would HIGHLY advise you buy this and not some other brush.

Yes If you rinse the shaper sponge under warm water then squeeze out the excess water so it's left damp it will apply the concealer smoothly and won't sit in the fine lines

BEST ANSWER: It is a bit more durable and also has more of the flat edge. A lot of the older sponges are just round with a point like a tear drop.
