Q: When will my e-gift card be delivered?

You can choose to send an e-gift card immediately or schedule a future delivery date. Purchasers are charged at the time of purchase. If today’s date is selected for delivery, most e-gift cards arrive within 24 hours (check spam/promotions folders if not received). The card is active upon delivery.

Q: Do tarte e-gift card expire?

No. Purchased e-gift cards never expire and are not subject to fees. Promotional e-gift card may have expiration dates, which will be disclosed when issued.

Q: Can I purchase or redeem an e-gift card outside the U.S.?

No. e-gift cards are available for purchase and redemption in the U.S. only.

Q: Can I buy a physical gift card?

No. tarte only offers e-gift cards. No physical gift cards are available.

Q: How do I use a tarte e-gift card?

Enter your tarte.com e-gift card code in the ‘discount code or gift card’ section at checkout. E-gift cards are only available for U.S. customers.

Q: Can I apply discounts, coupons, or promotions to an e-gift card purchase?

No. Discount codes, coupons, and promotions cannot be applied to the purchase of e-gift card.
